We provide quality childcare in the community for children aged 2-5 years. The owner is Gaye and the setting is managed by Zoe and Joanna.

Our Story

Bow lane Pre-school  has been operating since September 2010 providing childcare in the community.

We operate in the Scout Centre next to Hatfeild Primary School. The pre-school is set in its own grounds in a safe and secure

environment. There is an excellent garden within the grounds and Morden Park is on the doorstep.

The owner Gaye Hooker has been working in childcare for 30years in both private and public settings  . In the 13 years of Bow lane Pre-school  she has worked hard along with her dedicated team and currently have a “GOOD”  Ofsted report.

Helping Your Child Explore, Grow, & Learn

Play helps young children to learn and develop through doing and talking, which research has shown to be the means by which young children learn to think. We use the practice guidance Early Years Foundation Stage to plan and provide a range of play activities which help children to make progress in each of the areas of learning and development
